How do you find the person who hires speakers at a company like Walmart?

I know you think the way I get big companies to hire me is to send them gummy bears.
But that’s not how I do it.
If you’ve ever tried to get hired by big companies, you’ll notice that they don’t put ‘Person Who Hires Speakers For Our Events’ on their website.
So what do you do about it?
Again…no….you don’t send gummy bears. Stop saying that. You’re starting to sound ridiculous.
