Awhile ago I used to live at a place with this guy doing 8-figures in sales and he owned a Ferrari. I forgot his name so I call him The Ferrari Guy and something interesting happened.
The basics is that I asked The Ferrari Guy about one of my friends.
My friend was hiring a group of salespeople for his business but he was having a hard time finding good sales guys.
Some people would come into the interview wearing busted up clothes.
Some people wouldn’t make it past the week. And so on. So my friend was struggling to build a great sales team.
But The Ferrari Guy built a big sales organization so I asked him how he finds good sales people.
And his response was the most crazy response I’ve ever gotten from someone…as you’ll see in the video.
