The way you talk in your emails makes a big difference as to whether or not you get hired.
The first part is the email conversation he had. Then you’ll see my reply as to how I would change it.

Also…he isn’t a keynote speaker. He’s a trade show entertainer. But the process for getting booked is the same.
Pay attention to how he follows up and the changes I make to his follow up.
Most speakers give up after not getting a response and that’s why they don’t get booked.
But it’s all part of the sales game. If you give up when people don’t respond, you’re going to have a hard time getting on stages.

Small changes make a big difference in whether or not you get booked on stages.
Most speakers are confused as to why they’re not getting on stages…despite cold emailing.
Honestly, it’s because you’re doing it wrong and you refuse to get help so you can do it right.
It would be like someone writing a book. Versus someone getting help from JK Rowling (Harry Potter) to write a book.
If you keep doing things your way without asking for help, you’re going to struggle.
What’s worse is you’re going to think you’re doing it right and blame it on ‘cold emailing’ or whatever method you’re using.
The problem is never the method. It’s always you. You need help doing the method right.
