“I’m sorry. We already have our speakers lined up for this event.”
Yea it sucks. So what should you do about it?

You’ve gotten that response. I’ve gotten that response. Everybody’s has.
The answer to this response is actually very simple…
…Break the other speakers legs and you’re good to go.
Ok…maybe that’s not the real answer I give in the video, but the answer is still simple. When people say they already have speakers lined up, just do what I talk about in the video and you’re all set.
This is how you REALLY fill up your speaking schedule (unfortunately, speakers rarely do it).
